How do I know what size I am?
We provide detailed sizing charts with measuring instructions on our Size Charts page. Make sure you double check this info before placing your order.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Sure, no problem! Just send us an email (sales@squasrepublic.com) within 60 minutes of placing your order and we’ll get you sorted. Please note that if the order has already been processed we cannot make changes or substitutions.
How do you ship?
We USUALLY ship using Canada Post and when we do you would be given a tracking number when your order is processed.
With the CUPW strike, we have had to use alternative shippers like UPS. In some cases, shipping is more expensive with them.
We will contact you if that is the case and you can decide if you would like to continue the process. Ugh.
How quickly do you ship?
We aim to get all orders in the post within 24 hours.
Do you charge handling fees?
No, we do not charge handling fees. We love you:)
Will I be charged additional customs fees?
Import and customs duties vary from country to country, and are usually charged when the parcel reaches it’s destination. Because of this we cannot know if your parcel will be charged or what the cost would be.
