Here’s the participation breakdown for the last four years of the BC Open:

The 2013 edition of the BC Open will be held at Vancouver Racquets Club from November 27 thought December 1, 2013, and will be organized and run by Squash BC.
This event will be the first of its kind – a “No Frills AAAA Tournament.”
The cost to enter this event will be kept very low but the quality of competition will be very high.
Entry Fee: Adult $40.00, Student/Junior $30.00
Registration Deadline: November 22, 2013 11:00 PM EST
Draws will be created using Squash BC rankings, (or national rankings for out of province players) and will be sized to make the best competition for each level of play.
Squash BC will endeavour to have prizes for players who win the main or consolation draws.
Prize money for the men’s and women’s open will depend on the amount of sponsorship we can attract in the next 3 weeks.
Food and refreshments will be available for purchase at Vancouver Racquets Club.
Squash BC would like to extend a large thank you to Vancouver Racquets Club for making their courts available on extremely short notice. They continue to be great partners and we truly can not thank them enough!
