UPDATE – New dates for BC Closed

National Bank Financial Wealth Management Squash BC Closed Singles Squash Championships
Hello Everyone,
Thank you for entering the National Bank Financial Wealth Management BC Singles Championships.
We have received feedback that the dates for this year’s tournament have been challenging for players’ schedules. For the past 2 years this competition was held in April, but this season Squash BC moved it to February in an attempt to run the event in its traditional spot (in February, well in advance of the registration deadline for the Canadian Championships).
With the scheduling change and the heavy snowfall this past week, entries have been lower than expected. Therefore, Squash BC has decided to move these Championships to May 8-12, 2019.
We believe the May 8-12 weekend will enable us to have a great competition and celebration of the 2018/19 season. It will allow us to showcase our BC players (national champions, club champions, and league winners).
We look forward to seeing you May 8-12.

We have adjusted the tournament event on the calendar and SportyHQ to reflect the new dates. For those who are unable to participate in May, please withdraw by the new withdrawal deadline (April 26) and the system should process the refund of your tournament entry automatically. This year’s BC Closed Squash Championships will be hosted at the Hollyburn Country Club in West Vancouver from May 8-12, 2019. Entry Deadline is Friday, April 26, 2019. Sign up here: https://www.sportyhq.com/tournament/view/BC-Singles-Championships/sign_up
The Hollyburn Country Club will play host to all the matches. Entry includes Courtside Kegger Thursday, Friday and Saturday; Saturday appies during the semi’s; souvenir and 2-match guarantee.
Events for all levels of play: Open, A, B, C, D, and we hope to highlight all ages too, 40+, 45+, all the way to 80+! $2,000 minimum prize money for Open winners.
